Original antique French Railways train travel advertising poster for the Loire Valley castles and motor car tours - Chemins de Fer de Paris a Orleans Chenonceaux Les Chateaux de la Loire Circuits Automobiles - featuring a stunning sunset view by Constant Duval (1877-1956) depicting a fisherman on the river Cher (a tributary of the Loire river) with the historic Chateau de Chenonceau built over the river in the background, set against the sky in yellow, orange and pink tones with trees on the side and the stylised text on the margin above and below. The Chateau de Chenonceau is a popular tourist destination and one of the most visited castles out of over 300 chateaus in the Loire Valley in France. Printed by Chaix, Paris. Good condition, restored tears, restored creasing, backed on linen.
