Original vintage travel poster for Deauville featuring a great design by Jean Don (1900-1985) depicting a lady holding a bouquet of red flowers with fruit trees and a classic car driving along a road lined with white fences leading to the coast with a sailing boat and ship on the sea in the distance, the bold white lettering running diagonally over a blue arrow next to an illustration of a plane in the sky above. The seaside resort town of Deauville is located on the Cote Fleurie / Flowery Coast in Normandy France and attracts many notable visitors and residents, and is also known as the Parisian Riviera. Large size. Very good condition, minor creasing, backed on linen.
