This figural work depicts an image of a man in black ties and tails holding up a glass of red wine leaping from the cover of the wine bottle in the background.
In Costières de Nîmes whose valleys connect the Rhône Valley to the Languedoc, on the edge of the Camargue flourish the Molinier / Chateau Roubaud vineyards, great wines of Costières de Nîmes.
Léon Dupin is a French Art Deco painter and poster artist. He signed his works often under the name Leo Dupin. Self-taught, it happens little by little to find a place in advertising. He joined Paris where he returned to the printing press Joseph Charles as a cartoonist in 1926. He worked at Joseph-Charles printing houses until 1936, then became a poster at Prot Frères.
