Poster by Cuenod C. for the International Music Competition in Geneva on August 14,15,16, 1909.
Two winners in a boat enter the harbor of Geneva. The first holds a laurel branch while the second holds a lyre.
On the sail of the boat are represented the coat of arms of the city of Geneva: the eagle, deployed and crowned, which symbolizes the imperial power of the bishop of Geneva and the key which is an attribute of the apostle Saint Peter, patron of the Church of Geneva and the cathedral of the city.
In the background, Geneva, sailboats and the Mont Blanc are represented.
