Original vintage drink advertising poster promoting French wines (one of a series issued by the Comite National de Propagande en Faveur du Vin national committee for the promotion of wine): Les Vignobles de France Vins d'Alsace / The French Vineyards Wines of Alsace featuring a colourful decorative map of the Alsace region marking the river Rhine and the vineyards with bunches of grapes surrounded by images of wooden barrels, a chateau castle, wine glasses and bottles, trailing vine leaves, white heron birds and coats of arms with a person climbing up a ladder on the side. Horizontal. Good condition, creasing on margins, foxing on margins, pinholes.
