19th Century French Large Decorative Hand Carved Gilt Wood Element or Headboard
About the Item
Exceptional large massive hand carved and hand painted decorative element which was placed over a grand fireplace more than 150 years ago. There were no restorations so far and it is absolutely authentic with fading in the colour and some cracks of the base. It has a precise and detailed ornamentation with musical instruments and the centre. Could become an extraordinary headboard fixed to the wall of a bedroom.
