An early 20th Century, vintage French Art Deco wall, bas relief of the Greek God Apollo and his muses made of hand crafted Plaster, in good condition. Not recommended for exterior use. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1920 - 1930, Paris, France.
Apollo the Greek god was one of the most important, well known of the Olympian deities in the Classical Greek and Roman religion and in the Greek and Roman mythology. He was the goddess of archery, music and dance. Apollo is the son of Zeus and Leto, and the twin brother of Artemis.
