This Beautifully exquisite and extremely detailed Baroque "Showpiece" one-of-a-kind clasp and safety chain bracelet is framed with carved gilded gold vermeil. Set within are small dragons, lizards, scarabs and the centerpiece is a huge beetle. Beetles and scarabs represents longevity. dragons represents power and knowledge. Lizards are protectors. Throughout are delicate carved life of florals and leaves of nature. The interior is just as beautiful with heavy gold vermeil carved with multi delicate florals. Interior circumference measures 6 1/2 inches. Width measures 2 1/2 inches. There is one micro-sized stone missing toward the closing edge but hardly noticeable. Made in France.
