About the Item

French sculptor and painter Henri Nogaret (1927 -) created this sculptural brutalist bronze and brass cuff bracelet in the 1960s. The large brass band is topped with a gilded bronze modernist abstract sculpture ornament. The engraved signature is on the side. The bracelet is in excellent condition, with no pronounced sign of wear. Measurements: inside across is 2.38 in wide (6 cm) x 1.88 in deep (4.8 cm) - circumference is 7.32 in (18.5 cm) - Opening is 1.32 in (3.3 cm) - Band width is 1.19 in (3 cm) - Sculpture element is 1.57 in wide (4 cm) x 1.75 in high (4.4 cm) - The bracelet will best fit a Medium-sized wrist with an average 7.07 in circumference (18 cm).
