This gorgeous 8.5" beaded stretch bracelet is composed of 21 luminous, 10mm, pale lavender natural and untreated jadeite jade beads from Guatemala. The polish on these beads is softer than it could be -jadeite is a hard stone that can shine like a grand piano. But here, the lapidary artists chose not to take the polish so high. In my opinion, this was the perfect choice because it alters the way the lavender beads hold onto light. These beads are opaque -far from translucent. And yet. Somehow, they glow. They truly do.
