Art Deco Sapphire Diamond Platinum Bracelet
About the Item
This exceptional Art Deco sapphire and diamond bracelet, which was hand crafted ca. 1925, is set with 218 prefectly matched Old European cut diamonds of the highest color and quality. The total diamond weight is approximately 15 carats. Each V-shaped section of the bracelet is highly flexible, yet fits together with the adjoining sections in a seamless manner. The flexibility of this bracelet gives it a feeling of silk in the hand and around the wrist. The center section is set with one step-cut royal blue sapphire and is flanked by one trapezoid and one tapered step cut sapphire on either side. The sapphires are set in a platinum bezel with a fine milgrain top. The sides of this bracelet exhibit exquisite hand engravings in fan shaped motifs.
