Platinum Art Deco French bracelet with diamonds and rubies
About the Item
This exceptional platinum Art Deco bracelet has it all. It is pavé set with old-cut diamonds (app. 11.52 carats in total). The hallmark of Art Deco design, a striking geometric pattern, takes form as a zigzag line of unheated, baguette-cut, deep red Burma rubies (app. 8.6 carats), adorning the middle of the bracelet. The lock is invisible and opens by pushing down on a raised ruby. The French Dog's Head mark indicating platinum is struck on the side of the gallery. Circa 1920. France
