About the Item

The agates in this Scottish Brooch are like a patchwork of specimen stones. There is peach banded agate, moss agates, montrose agate mustard agate and bloodstone. The brooch is large at 2 1/2 in width and 2 inches high. An oval citrine is the target in the middle set with large dog claws. The brooch can be worn horizontally as shown or vertically. Fine condition. Weight 37.3 grams
