    A late Georgian gold and gemset brooch, the brooch comprising ornately-carved foliate motifs in yellow and rose gold, set with three pear-shaped blue topaz and suspending a pear-shaped pink topaz drop, all set in yellow gold to a closed back and brooch fitting, circa 1830, measuring approximately 4.7 x 2.7cm, gross weight 5.5 grams. Unmarked tested as 15ct gold and 9ct gold pin and catch. A Georgian brooch in very good condition.
