Vintage Multi-Gemstone and Yellow Gold 'Cart' Brooch by Alabaster and Wilson

A fine and impressive vintage 0.30 carat (total) amethyst, garnet and peridot, 9 karat gold donkey and cart brooch; part of our diverse vintage jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive vintage brooch has been crafted in 9k yellow gold in the form of a donkey and cart. The donkey's body is decorated with a textured finish representing its coat and features. The cart being pulled by the donkey is also crafted in 9k yellow gold, and ornamented with a multi-gemstone design incorporating four amethysts, two garnets and a peridot. The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and safety clasp fastening. This impressive vintage brooch is accented with an articulated bucket in 9k white gold, suspended from the back of the cart. This 1960s brooch is clearly hallmarked to the underside of the cart with the gold fineness mark (9k) and the maker's mark for Alabaster and Wilson* (A&W), and supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. An impressive vintage 1970's enamel, 9 carat rose, white and yellow gold bird brooch in the form of a goose; part of our diverse enamel jewellery and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive vintage gold brooch has been crafted in 9ct yellow, white and rose gold. The brooch has been modelled in the form of a goose in flight. This tri-coloured gold brooch has a textured decoration replicating the fine details of the bird's feathers. The head of the goose is embellished with a black and white enamel decoration. The underwings of the 9ct yellow gold brooch are crafted in 9ct white gold and the anterior surface of each wing features 9ct rose gold. A stunning, fine and impressive antique 2.26 carat smoky quartz, 3.95 carat amethyst, pearl and citrine, 18 karat and 12 karat yellow gold brooch in the form of a pansy; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This stunning, fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 18k yellow gold with a 12k yellow gold setting. The pierced decorated two-toned gold frame has been modelled in the form of a stylised stemmed pansy, accented with two leaves. The center of the pansy is ornamented with an impressive seed pearl, encircled by five yellow gold petals with textured decoration. The central design is encircled by five larger irregularly shaped petals, each featuring an impressive gemstone; two pear faceted amethysts, two oval faceted smoky quartz and one impressive 3.01Ct pear faceted citrine. The border of each petal is further embellished with millegrain decoration and accented with gold ball motifs.
