Vintage Yellow Gold and Enamel Cufflinks

A fine and impressive pair of octagonal 18 karat yellow gold men's Cartier cufflinks with enamel decoration; part of our diverse vintage cufflink collections. These fine and impressive vintage cufflinks have been crafted in 18k yellow gold. The gold cufflinks have an octagonal form. The anterior and posterior links are each ornamented with a panel of finely tooled decoration encompassed with a segmented hot enamel border. These vintage men's Cartier cufflinks articulate to the reverse via a connecting bar and link chain. The cufflinks are hallmarked to the reverse with the French 18k gold mark (eagle's head) and the serial number 8655; one link of each cufflink also bears the maker's mark (Cartier) and 'Made in France'. Condition These vintage Cartier gold octagonal cufflinks are excellent quality, as to be expected from this renowned goldsmith. The impressive hot enamel decoration to the surface of each link is in excellent condition. The cufflinks are an excellent gauge of gold and are in excellent condition, with clear hallmarks to the reverse of the links.
