"Spirit of Infinity Horizon" Blue Sapphire, Rhodolite, Silver, and Gold Earrings by Arman Suciyan at Second Petale Gallery “These versatile earrings are part of my 'Hyperbaroque' collection, inspired by the renowned German zoologist Ernst Haeckel's intricate hand illustrations of marine life and the Möbius strip conceptualized by mathematician Friedrich Möbius. The spindle-like form represents a three-dimensional embodiment of infinity, captured in its endlessly repeating, complex design.” The earrings are adorned with mixed blue sapphires and lavender-toned rhodolites, set on 925 black rhodium-plated textured and polished silver. The ear posts are crafted from 18k gold, adding a touch of sophistication to this striking design. His career as a goldsmith began at the age of 15. Since then, he has continued to perfect his skills (at Bazzar, a renowned jewelry manufacturer in Istanbul, the prestigious Kent Institute of Art & Design, Stephen Webster's workshop) and, since 2004, Arman has been developing his own creations. His collections are futuristic and daring. He works mainly with silver, in combination with bronze and gold.
