Custom order. Daylight Drop Earrings. These 21K gold elegant contemporary dangle earrings are an update to an all-time classic. Nature's marvel, a large 16mm South Sea Pearl is highlighted by rose-cut white diamonds and a small spray of sparkly pink diamonds. The pearl's perfect bold round shape, large size, and white with a hint of purple color create an ephemeral look of Daylight. The earrings clean laconic look makes them very versatile, easy elegance for every day, while large beautifully nuanced South Sea Pearls will also dress up any outfit for a special occasion. The inspiration for these earrings comes from organic forms found in Nature and manual ancient techniques of jewelry making, such as bezel setting, fusing, and metal forming. These techniques were in use by pre-Classical Sumerian, Mycenaean and Minoan cultures and built upon during Greek Classical and Hellenistic periods when naturalistic forms were introduced. My designs are influenced by the skill and the laborious attention to detail paid by the artisans throughout thousands of years of jewelry making. 21K gold, 18k gold ear wires, approx 7g *I start with 24K gold bringing it to 21k concentration by mixing with fine silver and copper. 21K gold is more durable than 22K but does not take away from a luscious 22K color.
