Harriet Bauknight designed those stunning Lucite dangling clip-on earrings for Kaso in the 1980s.
Do you feel the hot wind and the burning sun? It's the call of the arid desert, its zenith sun, and its giant cactus.
These rare pieces boast a sun and giant cactus, using frosted Lucite in apricot orange, bright green, and fire orange colors. The Kaso paper sticker is missing, but the gray background color and the specific rotating clip back are an unmistakable brand signature.
Harriet Bauknight is an American Fashion designer who worked in the 1980s and the 1990s under the brand Kaso. She is well-known for her extravagant jeweled lucite handbags and fashion accessories. Her jewelry pieces are scarce and highly collectible.
