About the Item
Here we have an elegant pair of diamond drop earrings dating back to the Edwardian period. Both pieces showcase a single round faceted old European cut diamond at the top which sits in a buttercup setting and plays host to a single row of freely suspended diamonds below; all of which have been individually milgrain set. An additional old cut diamond, also in the matching flower-like setting, falls at the very end before each piece is made complete by a yellow gold lever backing on the reverse side.
