About the Item
These contemporary drop earrings are made of 18 karat yellow gold with natural emeralds (9.5x7x6 mm each, 5.5 carats in total) and round diamonds. The Fig collection was featured in a review by Vogue UA. They were designed by an artist and oil painter from Berlin.
These earrings are suitable for all kinds of hair and face types. The gold gives a chic touch to blonde hair, and the gem refreshes darker hair and olive tones of skin as well. The drop design of the earrings gives them an oil painting renaissance attitude in any gem. They can be ordered with tourmalines, indicolites, emeralds, blue topazes, green, lemon or smoky quartzes, dark purple or light lavender amethysts, or other gems.
The sugar fig fruit is an equivalent of the biblical forbidden apple, and fig leaves were the only clothes for the first humans in the Garden of Eden. Fig is also a sacred tree in ancient myths and symbolizes peace, fertility, generosity, and the richness of life.
