An elegant moonstone bead necklace with many styling options!
This vintage Art Deco necklace (circa 1920-1930) is comprised of vibrant moonstone beads with flashes of blue schiller interspersed with faceted rock crystal rondelles. The ornate clasp is platinum topped 18k gold accented with diamonds.
The chain measures 35.5 inches long, and it is in great condition. The clasp bears Swiss hallmarks indicating that it was made between 1917-1934.
The metal content of the clasp was verified using XRF (x ray analysis) and jeweler's acids.
