Vintage Ruby/Purple Open Back Crystal Necklace Circa 1960s. Most people don't understand the beauty of these until they try them on. This beautiful color has the ability to look pink, red, purple, lavender or a multitude or hues dependent on what it is worn with or the skin hue, The backing is a very dark silver tone and hardly noticeable. Really only the crystals. The shape is an oval shape and reminds me the necklaces that Anna Wintour always wears. This would look lovely worn on its own or mixed and matched with fine or other costume.
