Antique Art Nouveau Enamel and 18 Karat Yellow Gold Pendant

A fine and impressive antique French enamel and 18 karat yellow gold pendant; part of our diverse estate jewelry and Edwardian jewellery collections. This fine and impressive antique pendant has been crafted in 18k gold. The French pendant displays a central collet set oval enamel panel displaying the profile of a lady in vibrant white, yellow and pink clothing, against a royal blue background. This central enamel panel is surrounded by a pierced decorated gold frame, accented with simplified floral and foliate designs. The pendant is signed to the reverse with the maker's mark 'Le Pémen, Limoges'. This Edwardian enamel and gold pendant suspends from a contemporary 18k yellow gold 45.72cm/18' curb chain via an integrated ring loop attachment, and secures to the reverse with a conventional spring-loaded bolt ring fastening. This French pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18k gold. Images do not always reflect the true colour of enamel decoration. An exceptional, fine and impressive antique Art Nouveau 4.76 carat turquoise and 15 karat yellow gold pendant; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive antique pendant has been crafted in 15k yellow gold. The feature pierced decorated, Art Nouveau style drop is ornamented with a collet set turquoise panel to the centre, accented with overlayed scrolling and vertical pale wirework. The lower border of the design supports two articulating chains, each incorporating an independently collet set cabochon cut turquoise to the terminal. The feature setting suspends via a yellow gold fancy chain, composed of alternating bar and arrays of trace links. The turquoise pendant is hallmarked with the maker's mark for Murrle Bennett & Co (MBCo)* and 15k gold mark (15CT). This impressive antique Art Nouveau pendant is supplied with an IDGL gemstone grading report card. * The jewelry manufacturers Ernst Murrle and J.B Bennett operated as Siegele & Bennett from 1884 advertising themselves as 'manufacturers and importers of British and Foreign jewelry'; importing pieces from Pforsheim as this was Murrle's origin. In 1896 they administered Murrle Bennet & Co until 1914 when the firm was purchased and continued trade in London under the name White Redgrove & Whyte.
