Antique Victorian 9ct Gold Engraved Oval Locket Necklace
About the Item
This beautifully detailed antique Victorian oval locket is crafted in warm-toned gold—richer than yellow gold but not quite rose gold. Its balanced hue pairs effortlessly with a yellow gold chain, chosen to complement the natural warmth of the piece. The front and back are intricately engraved with swirling floral motifs and framed by a repoussé border that adds depth and character.
The locket is stamped “9CT B&F”, indicating it is made with solid 9ct gold on the back and front, while the internal structure is reinforced with another metal for strength—a trusted method used in antique jewellery to ensure both durability and beauty.
