About the Item
Necklace in 18 karat yellow gold, eagle head hallmark and platinum.
Original and mischievous antique necklace, it is formed of a thin filed convict mesh chain, which holds on the front an antique pendant in the form of a car, decorated with rose-cut diamonds and round and calibrated rubies. The wheels turn. The attachment system is a spring ring.
Total length of the chain : 46,5 cm, width of the pattern : 2 cm, height of the pattern : 11,5 mm approximately.
Total weight of the jewel : 3 g approximately.
Antique jewel - French work of the beginning of the XXth century. Small trace of restoration to the back of the pendant, little visible.
Our opinion : This motif in the shape of a car comes from another antique jewel on which it has been dismantled, to be presented as a necklace. A very successful transformation.

This charming jewel consists of a central motif with vegetal lines entirely set millegrains with brilliant-cut diamonds and in the center of a pear-cut ruby. On either side of this main motif, 2 decorations are also set millegrains with brilliant cut diamonds, the whole is being retained by a jaseron mesh chain. The clasp is a spring ring.
Total ruby weight: about 1.16 carat, total diamond weight: about 1.06 carat.
