A vintage Bvlgari 18 karat yellow gold mini purse, circa 1950 This 18 karat yellow gold mini purse is designed as an oval shape, featuring curved lines of relief to both sides, it is hinged and the the push piece clasp is set with a bezel set cabochon ruby to its centre. The piece is finished with a black silk fringed tassle. The purse also has an additional hinged bale to the top - meaning that this mini purse could also be worn as an extra large pendant necklace if the silk tassle were to be removed and a chain added in its place.
