The pendant measures approximately 1" x 1" with a chain that is adjustable to 17", 19" and 21".
The Mandala Collection reference is a prime example of Kurtulan's inspiration and craftsmanship. The materials used are natural diamonds, 925 sterling silver and at least 20 microns of 24 karat gold which are fused together using Kurtulan's technology.
This pendant features brushed 24K gold on top of silver and is made in the Mandala lotus flower pattern. Mandalas have special meaning in many cultures. People often use them for rituals, meditation, and spiritual activities. This flower is connected to personal growth, healing and change. The diamonds on the pattern symbolize the hidden treasures of the Anatolian region, a signature of the designer.
Kurtulan's diamonds are G-H in colour, and VS in clarity, surrounded with black rhodium which accentuates them and prevents the silver from tarnishing. The duality of colour also represents a feature of Turkish design. Inspiration for this collection came from the Archaeological Museum in Istanbul.
Hanedan is a technology developed by Kerem's father Ismet Kurtulan. It comprises the bonding of 925 sterling silver and 25 microns of 24 karat gold with a laser. The process remains a patented family secret. The sheet of gold is embossed or hammered to achieve the desired effect which results in a minimum of 20 microns gold depth once applied to the silver. This ensures a finish that will never wear off, fade or tarnish.

All in all, Gold Fusing is what brings you the 24k gold and silver look, without any concerns about gold changing color or fading with Kurtulan Jewellery guarantee. Mr. Ismet Naci Kurtulan found a way called “Gold Fusing.” By using this technology, we can use gold 20 times thicker than normal plating and still be able to shape it detailed.
