A fine Mid-Century silver pendant necklace. In sterling silver. By Salvador Teran of Taxco, Mexico. In the form of articulated fish bones or a fish skeleton. With an integral bail and jump ring to the tail. Fully marked to the reverse. Simply a Taxco silver pendant! (Chain for display purposes and not included with purchase.) Date: Mid-20th Century Overall Condition: It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition with some light edge wear, fine & light dings and indentions throughout, some fine & light surface scratches, and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. Maker: Salvador Teran Marks: Marked to the reverse with 143 / Sterling / Mexico / Salvador / an eagle assay mark with '36' inside Fineness: Marked Sterling for silver fineness.
