Modern Pendant Necklace in Gold and Silver with Diamonds by the Artist
About the Item
This modern Moon pendant necklace is crafted from 14 karat white gold and sterling silver, featuring a large rock crystal, diamonds (1.5 carats), and garnet (6x8 mm). It is a unique piece of fine jewellery, with only one copy made so far, which was presented by actress Anne Ratte-Polle at the 64th Berlinale Film Festival red carpet in Berlin. This contemporary pendant has also been featured in Vogue UA.
The design of this pendant draws inspiration from the old Japanese tradition of Tsukimi, a celebration of the autumn full moon and the joy of watching flowers in bloom. The moon symbolizes the feminine aspect, while the flowers represent transcendental miracles that have inspired poets throughout history.
This pendant can also be customized with GIA certified diamonds, and can be ordered with additional flowers as a necklace or longer pendant. Its contemporary design can be versatile depending on the outfit, looking shamanic with jeans, a classic diamond piece with a dress, or a contemporary jewellery piece with a black jacket.
