Augis halo ruby Love medal in 18 karat gold. Rare round-shaped Augis love medal with a border of 27 calibrated synthetic rubies. The "+" sign is adorned with five 8/8-cut diamonds in a white gold setting and the "-" sign is set with three calibrated synthetic rubies. Love medal from the 1960s, France.
Eagle head hallmark and goldsmith's hallmark, AA signature
