A stunning, fine and impressive antique 1920's 1.60 carat diamond, 18ct yellow gold and platinum set cross pendant; part of our diverse antique diamond pendant collections. This stunning, fine and impressive antique 1920s diamond necklace/pendant has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with a platinum setting. This antique pendant has a cross form, ornamented to the centre with a feature millegrain decorated collet set 0.25ct Old European round cut diamond. The feature diamond is held within a quatrefoil shaped setting, ornamented with four further pavé set Old European cut diamonds. The pierced decorated crossbar frames are embellished with linear arrangements of individually collet set diamonds. Each crossbar terminates with a square frame, ornamented with a lozenge-shaped setting with a pavé set Old European cut diamond. The cross pendant suspends from an 18' 18ct white gold curb chain via a tapering bale to the upper border of the design, ornamented with two diamonds, and secures with a conventional spring-loaded bolt ring fastening. This stunning pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 carat gold and platinum. This impressive cross pendant is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report certificate for the feature stone, in addition to an IDGL diamond grading report card for the supporting stones. This stunning cross is a superior example of its type. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds.
