This is an exquisite Pair Of Antique French Napoleon III - Belle Epoque Patinated and Dore Gilt Bronze Cherub Putti Candelabra Lamps dating to circa 1850-1870. The museum quality lamps are extraordinary. The casting of the patinated bronze putti cherubs is of the finest quality with stunning romantic details and gorgeous patina. The faces and bodies of the cherubs reflect the highest quality of bronze casting and artistry. The combination of the dark patinated bronze with the extravagant gold gilding creates one of the most spectacular pair of lamps we have seen.

These richly detailed pieces feature superb putti figures—classical cherubs masterfully cast in bronze—each standing on octagonal gilded bronze bases and gracefully supporting a pair of ornate, leaf motif candelabra branches.
