About the Item

A late 19th-century French gilt bronze mounted blue vase attributed to Théodore Deck. The vase is beautifully decorated with various floral and geometric elements. The central part has six teardrops with geometrical symbols inside. The vase has a pair of gilt bronze oriental-style handles that we believe were mounted later. Unmarked. Dimensions: 40 cm height Condition: Some wear and tear, crazing throughout, what to handles, a minor chip on one side of vase, hairline crack to middle of vase.
