This ring is hallmarked for 1822, London with the makers mark JL. It is enamel on gold with a curved square frame and centered by a diamond. The diamond is like a framed portrait that stands out on the black background. It is 05 cts. with a North Star twinkle. In its setting the size can only be estimated.
