About the Item

Beautiful old Halo Ring, band in solid 18K Yellow Gold and top of the crown in Platinum with natural Greenish Blue Sapphire and eight old European cut Diamonds . Hallmarked 18ct , hand - made ca. 1920 -1930s Floret/ crown measures Ø 11 mm x 9 mm x 7mm deep. Natural Sapphire of old European oval diamond cut Ø 7 mm x 5 mm / 3.5 mm mm deep / ca. 0.8 ct . , color is Blue with tint of Green, demonstrates inclusions and distinctive color Zoning. Eight Diamonds, all old European cut Ø 1.5 mm / 0,015 ct each ,total weight of diamonds here ca. 0.12ctw. Color ca. F,G /VVS GIA scale. All stones have open backs. Used fine condition. Patina on Gold. Sapphire with very minimal signs of wear to facets. Size: Ø 7.5 US / Ø 17.15 mm.
