About the Item

Italian Halo Ring with natural Blue - Green Sapphire and 12 rose-cut Diamonds. Hand-made between the 1920s - 1930. sItalian hallmarks : 486,500, NA ( Naple s) band's metal tested 12K Rose Gold. Face of the crown is made of Silver or 12K White Gold. Crown measures 16 mm x 14 mm x 7.75 mm deep. Natural Medium Blue Sapphire with tint of Green,oval cut 6 mm x 5 mm x 2.6 mm / ca.1 ct. 12 Diamonds, all of the old hand rose cut circa Ø 1.5 mm / 0,02 ct each / ca. 0.25 ctw / total. All stones have open backs. Used fine condition. Natural patina on metal. Size:Ø 7.75US / Ø 17.97 mm. Can be sized.
