C1820 Sapphire and Diamond Triple Cluster Bow Ring
About the Item
This exquisite early 19th century hand carved diamond and sapphire cluster ring is set in silver and gold. During this early period in the 19th century, stones took center stage. Three natural old cut ceylon sapphires are the central feature and are surrounded by the smaller diamonds. We love the bulbous back with 3 hand carved clusters of gold shaped in a plump oval. This ring design was the precursor to the classic Victorian three stone half hoop ring.
The ring is a size 7.5.
