About the Item
Emerald Cabochon, Ruby and seed Pearl Dome Ring mounted in 22 Karat Gold.
This singular and stunning cocktail dome, dating from the mid-20th-century, a time of super creativity and all sorts of experimentation.
Uncommon combination of cabochon emerald, rubies and seed pearls, are "woven" into a dome crowned with a light green emerald round cabochon approx. 8 carats (11.50X11.25 mm; deep not measurable due to the mounting, closed back); surrounded by a glittering 15 ruby halo. All around the shank a myriad of seed pearls as a perfect complement.
The hallmark is ineligible as per the picture only the first of the three symbols an M is legible , currently ring size 64 (21mm); probably was designed and could have belonged to a male.
Width 22mm X Length 21mm.
Mounted in 22 Karat Gold tested. Total weight: 23.74 grams.

Consisting of a pendant centrally set and designed as an alternating series of oval-cut ruby and old-cut diamond clusters, within seed pearl borders, suspending a pear-shaped panel drop set with an old-cut diamond, to the oval-cut ruby frame and further pearl fringes,
Mounted in 22 K Gold. Sixteen rose cut (original hand cut, natural diamonds: 8.98 carats (original hand cut, as per the period) ; eighteen Burmese untreated/unheated rubies: oval faceted mixed cut weighing 23.55 carats.
Measuring approximately 34 cm long and pendant 4 cm
Total gross weight:: 39.41 grams
Accompanied by report no.14073 dated 16th April 2017 from the Gem and Pearl Laboratory, London stating that the samples of rubies are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Provenance Indian Family Christie´s London.

Each earring is separated into three sections, each designed to move separately, so that the long drop deep blue purple lapis lazuli and all the pearls will twinkle and glisten as they catch the light. These earrings were so artfully, exquisitely handmade and very lightly so easily to be worn with original gold wires backs.
Total weight 18.60 g.
Total Length 6.5 cm and Width 2.4cm (USA 2 9/2 in Length X 15/16 in Width).
•The earrings are made of 18k gold and lapis lazuli measuring approx. Length 23mm X Width 9.25mm (0.91 in X 0,36 in), with 2 pearls approx. 7mm diameter and numerous seed pearls accents.
