3.61 Carat Purple Blue Tanzanite and Diamond Engagement Ring Set in Platinum
About the Item
A truly stunning oval tanzanite and diamond engagement ring set in platinum.
The ring is centrally set with a beautiful 3.61 carat oval cut tanzanite which is double four claw set in an elegant open back platinum setting. To either side of the tanzanite are graduating shoulders which are both pavé set throughout with 48 rose cut diamonds. The shoulders then flow round nicely to a 3 millimetre platinum band.
The colour of the tanzanite is simply stunning and due to the design can easily be paired with a wedding and/or eternity band. The design is simple yet extremely eye-catching and the ring could alternatively be wore as a 'other hand' ring. The piece was designed and made in our own workshop with vintage stones and a vintage mount and is a true one of a kind piece.
The central oval cut tanzanite has a total carat weight of 3.61 carats. There is an estimated total diamond weight of 0.20 carats which are estimated to by H-I in colour with VS1-SI clarity. The ring is currently a UK finger size M 1/2 (USA size 6 1/4) but this can easily be resized for the perfect fit.
For size reference the central stone in the ring measures 1.0 x 0.8 centimetres and weighs exactly 6.0 grams.
