About the Item
This Authentic 1930s vintage engagement ring incorporates the gleaming precious metal with an artistic grace and beauty that transcends specific Art Deco style.
The stylized cigar-band style ring gently curves around and hugs your finger and designed around A bright-white and sparkling European-cut diamond weighing approx. 0.45ct , framed all around with a glittering array of old-european and single-cut diamonds approx 0.40ctw, each set in individual geometric settings of a highly distinctive low-profile diamond Art Deco engagement ring - circa 1930s.. Diamonds are G-H color, VS2-SI1 clarity overall, white and Very Clean and sparkly, superb quality for the period.
A gleaming Platinum (tested) band embellished with hand engraving completes the look.
The total weight of the diamonds is 0.85ctw.
Sits low-medium on the finger - 5.20mm
Size 8 1/2.
Weight of 2.5 grams.

Overall condition very good. Minor surface wear in keeping with age and general wear. Diamonds bright and well matched. Principal diamond is in great condition with, no visible bruising to the girdle. Shoulder diamonds in good condition with tiny abrasion. The platinum has maintained the excellent condition of this gorgeous engagement ring through nearly hundred years of daily wear. With respectful everyday use the heirloom quality ring will last for generations to come.
