Art Deco natural Ceylon cabochon sapphire and diamond ring.
About the Item
Art Deco natural Ceylon cabochon sapphire and diamond ring. Set with an oval cabochon natural unenhanced Ceylon sapphire with an approximate weight of 12.22 carats in an open back rubover collet setting, flanked by four rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.50 carats, to a geometric design with a structured collet and pierced backholing, the raised shoulders leading through to a solid shank. Mounted and set in platinum, English, circa 1935, accompanied by Gem & Pearl Laboratory report #08249 and Gem Research SwissLab (GRS) report #051057.
