Art Deco 0.90 carat old European-cut diamond and yellow gold Austro-Hungarian gentleman’s engagement ring circa 1925. *
ABOUT THIS ITEM: #R-DJ81D. Scroll down for specifications. The old European-cut diamond weighs nearly a carat, with very gold color and clarity gradings for a diamond from this period when the popular norm favored diamonds with a little color and some inclusions. It is set in a way that allows light to penetrate the stone from the sides dispersing diamond fire and color flashes all around. Additionally, the Austro-Hungarian gold mounting is substantial and well built, designed with lines that are undeniably classic and masculine.

DIAMOND: one old European-cut diamond weighing approximately 0.90 carat, approximately G-H color, VS2 clarity.
METAL: 14-karat yellow gold.
WEIGHT: 8.1 grams.
