About the Item
A truly gorgeous ring from the Art Nouveau (ca1910s) era! Crafted in 18k yellow gold and platinum, this ring feature a uniquely-shaped centerpiece. The center of the ring features a 1.25ct prong-set Peruzzi cut diamond. The diamond displays I/J color and SI1 clarity. The diamond is surrounded on all four-sides by prong-set round cut sapphires. The sapphires display a phenomenal deep blue color, and have an approximate total carat weight of .80ctw. The remainder of the centerpiece is encrusted with small bead-set old European cut diamonds, and the top and bottom most points of the centerpiece feature a single prong-set diamond. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple. A highly-detailed ring, this piece is the perfect example of Art Nouveau-era craftsmanship!
Measurements: The ring is a size 6.75, but could easily be resized. The centerpiece has a height of 1" and a width of just over 1/2".
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or platinum setting. The central sapphire, and all of the diamonds are secure and intact.
