About the Item
Diamond solitaire ring. Set with a round old cut diamond, D colour, VS2 clarity, with a weight of 2.10 carats, in an open back claw setting, flanked by eight round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.08 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.18 carats, to a solitaire design with a finely pierced collet, open backholing and smoothly conforming shoulders which lead through to a slim D-shape shank. Marked platinum, English, circa 1920, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America report #6241214766. UK finger size N.
