About the Item
Emerald-cut diamond cross over ring. Set with two octagonal emerald-cut diamonds in open back claw settings, with a combined approximate diamond weight of 2.25 carats, flanked by ten rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back channel settings with a combined weight of 0.40 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.65 carats, to a striking crossover design featuring polished borders, a finely pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, leading to smooth shoulders and flowing through to a solid shank. Marked platinum and iridium, American, circa 1950.
