The pierced decorated, millegrain decorated frame is ornamented with a 0.24Ct square step cut natural emerald and an Old European round cut diamond, displayed vertically in relief to the center of the design. The flared, bifurcating shoulders are accented with four pavé set eight-cut diamond.
