The combination of Diamond, Pearls and Turquoise in this beautifully made ring is an absolute delight. The Rose Cut Diamond is surrounded by a halo of silvery white pearls. On the sides of the halo are two Persian Turquoise cabochons. The ring creates a flower, Forget-Me-Not effect with the gems. The jewels are set in 14 Karat Yellow Gold with a lovely scroll motif along the shank. One of my favorite rings. The ring dates to the Victorian period - circa 1850 - 1900. The ring is a magnificent wedding ring or engagement ring, as part of a stack, or a ring to be worn every day or at the most glamorous affairs.
