About the Item
This is a VERY sweet and and utterly charming, this petite ART DECO CIRCA 1939s DIAMOND Engagement or Promise ring with estimated 0.17ctT OLD MINE CUSHION Center diamond in G-H color, SI clarity (White and eye Clear), Unusually high quality for that period.
Super Brilliant! Gorgeous chunky facets will make you want to look into the diamond endlessly. The diamond sparkles in any light; their fiery prismatic colors excitingly lively.
The four trefoil prongs add extra dimension to the diamond's outline having the effect of making it appear even larger than its actual weight.
The Diamond in perfectly accented with 6 Old Cut Side Diamonds, graduated in size, estimated total weight is 0.06ct.
The Side Diamonds are very White, Bright and Clear as well.
Design details on the shoulders add the final flourish to this dainty and delightful Jazz Age jewel. Die-struck in Palladium. Palladium is 30 times rarer than gold and nearly 15 times rare than platinum and was often metal of choice in 1940s.
The ring is 1.40 grams. Finger size 5, can be re-sized.
The Band tappers from 2.39mm to 1.56mm on the bottom.
Sits Medium 4.17mm from the top of the finger.
