Antique Onyx & Diamond Bird Conversion Ring of 14k Gold
About the Item
We created this unique piece by riveting an antique stickpin top (circa 1910) onto a 1920s signet ring.
The 14k gold ring features a tri-color gold bird with a 0.05ct diamond "egg" atop a striking black onyx backdrop. The shoulders of the ring are adorned with butterflies.
The face of the ring measures 0.8 inches by 0.5 inches wide, and it is in great condition. The ring is currently a size 5, but it can be resized for an additional charge.
The ring weighs 3.64 grams, and the metal content was verified via XRF (x ray analysis) and with jeweler's acids.
